Bath Preservation Trust runs four museums in Bath, the most visited of which is No. 1 Royal Crescent. We worked with The Museum create an approach to all four websites oriented around making them loosely coupled while retaining their individual identities.

We followed our responsive design process of understanding and documenting visitors, with follow-up work to look at visitor journeys and landing pages to create a design which allows visitors to quickly and intuitively find the information they need. We continue to provide consultancy to The Museum.
